Important information

Arrival:

Your room/apartment is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 5 p.m., we ask that you contact us in advance by telephone on +43 664 915 77 86.

Departure:

We ask you to vacate your room/apartment by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Late Check-out:

Depending on availability, a late check-out on the day of departure is possible for a surcharge of € 20.00 per person. We ask for your understanding that we can only inform you of a late check-out on the day of departure.

Additional cleaning:

A final cleaning fee is already included in the apartment prices. We are happy to offer our guests a daily intermediate cleaning of the apartments at a price of € 6.00 per day. From a stay of 4 nights, a free intermediate cleaning is included for you.

Our cancellation conditions:

up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge
29 – 14 days before arrival 50 %
13 – 8 days before arrival 75 %
7 days before arrival until the arrival day 100 %
Payment: by cash, bank card, Visa or Mastercard.

All rooms and apartments are non smoking areas.

Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. In case of non-compliance, a special cleaning fee of € 25.00 per stay will be charged.
